SYNOPSIS

Frank Fauster, a senior high school teacher and midlife-crisis-ridden husband and father, learns shortly before his 50th birthday of the existence of his own father, who absconded after Frank’s birth. Due to a mix-up, he comes across old Gustav, a tramp and homeless man, who senses the opportunity of a lifetime and pretends to be Frank’s father. He decides to take up residence with the middle-class Fauster family and soon upsets their lives.
