What do you do when you’re promised three days off and then you’re supposed to go back to work at the last minute? Quite clearly – you just take the day off!

Her Royal Highness Sophia, Princess of what’s-her-name, has been given three days off by her father for her birthday, which she wants to enjoy – carefree and unrecognized – in Berlin. Finally, no receptions and boring audiences. But as soon as she arrives in Berlin, Sophia has to return to her duties as princess. Sophia simply runs away and gets involved with the young journalist Chris Benthaus, who has no idea who has run into him…
